To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Global Legal Associate to take charge of our various product lines from discovery to delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Corporate & Entity Governance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars (annual reports, franchise tax, etc.)
  • Consolidate global filings and documentation

  • Contracts & Commercial Support
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, vendor, and partner contracts.
  • Ensure consistent application of contractual terms across jurisdictions and alignment with company policies.
  • Track agreement status, manage renewals and organize executed documents.

  • Employment & EOR Compliance
  • Review and support employment agreements, terminations, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Liaise with immigration and mobility teams to ensure compliant visa and relocation processes.
  • Assess legal exposure and risk mitigation strategies for EOR and client engagements.

  • Legal Operations & Compliance
  • Conduct legal research on foreign jurisdictions (employment, corporate, tax, or data protection laws).
  • Monitor compliance risks and proactively identify potential gaps in internal processes.
  • Support ongoing global expansion projects.
  • Prepare internal reports, summaries, and recommendations for senior management.

What you’ll need:

  • 2–5 years of legal experience, ideally in a multinational, legal service provider, or in-house corporate environment.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and employment frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-border entities and EOR / PEO models preferred.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication, additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and manage stakeholders across time zones
