Dental Solutions has a unique opportunity to define a new category at the intersection of orthodontics and aesthetic restorations.
Today, growth is largely driven through traditional HCP-led models. This role will introduce a patient-first demand engine, fundamentally reshaping how demand is created and accelerating adoption of new digital products.
This is a critical role to unlock step-change growth and long-term category leadership.

The Market Development Leader build and execute a patient-driven demand model to unlock growth, shift HCP behavior, and establish a new standard of care in dentistry.
This is a high-powered individual contributor role, responsible for driving global strategy, enabling regional execution, and influencing cross-functional teams.

As a(n) Global Market Development Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Key Responsibilities

1. Category Creation & Strategy

  • Define and build a new category in aesthetic restorations
  • Develop the category narrative, positioning, and value proposition
  • Translate patient need, clinical outcomes, and economics into a compelling standard-of-care story

2. Patient-Driven Demand Generation

  • Design and scale a patient-first demand engine that drives HCP behavior
  • Leverage digital, social media, influencer, and omnichannel ecosystems to create awareness and pull
  • Build programs that convert patient interest into consultation, acceptance, and procedures

3. GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the global new products go to market strategy
  • Translate strategy into clear, scalable execution playbooks for regional teams
  • Drive adoption through coordinated efforts across marketing, sales and education

4. Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership

  • Act as the central orchestrator across global, regional, and functional teams
  • Drive alignment and execution through influence, not authority

5. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and activate partnerships to accelerate category creation and demand
  • Build commercial ecosystems (e.g., DSOs, digital platforms, influencers, external partners)
  • Enable scale through co-marketing, collaboration, and new engagement models

6. 5-Year Growth Strategy & Business Case

  • Develop and lead a bold, investment-backed growth plan
  • Define the demand model, adoption curve, and key growth levers
  • Build a roadmap to scale the business

7. Capability Building & Operating Model

  • Establish frameworks and playbooks for:
    • Market development
    • Demand generation
    • HCP behavior change
  • Enable regions to execute with consistency, effectiveness, and speed

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (10) years of Sales, Marketing or Business Development experience  

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of Sales and Marketing or Business Development experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience working and influencing cross functional teams
  • Med tech experience
  • Ability/ experience working with global teams

Work location:

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to [30%][domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $187,600 - $257,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
