THE ROLE

As the Global Partner Marketing Manager, Content & Demand, you will serve as the engine behind Everpure’s global partner engagement, transforming upstream strategies into actionable playbooks and demand programs that drive ecosystem pipeline. In this builder role, you will bridge Product Marketing, Campaign, and Partner Program teams to equip our ecosystem with clear, outcome-focused GTM tracks and AI-powered enablement tools. You will lead our channel content infrastructure, giving partners the clarity, confidence, and competitive edge needed to win.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive Partner Pipeline: Build and own Everpure’s partner playbook library, delivering campaign-aligned playbooks and demand programs that directly accelerate pipeline generation through and with partners.
  • Differentiate Through AI: Operationalize Everpure’s Partner AI strategy by identifying and scaling practical AI tools—such as intelligent prospecting and automated talk tracks—that give partners a tangible edge in customer conversations.
  • Build Persona-Based Marketing Tracks: Architect targeted GTM marketing tracks aligned with core campaigns, ensuring ecosystem partners engage with high-impact, stage-appropriate content throughout their journey.
  • Translate Upstream Strategy: Collaborate closely with product marketing, campaign leads, and partner program managers to translate complex product narratives into scalable, field-ready channel assets.
  • Measure Content Impact: Monitor playbook adoption, content engagement metrics, and partner-influenced pipeline to continuously optimize the content engine and demonstrate clear business returns.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Partner Content & Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in B2B channel marketing, partner enablement, or content strategy within enterprise technology, including a portfolio of assets that successfully drove partner adoption and deal closure.
  • AI & GTM Innovation: Practical understanding and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools within sales and marketing workflows to optimize enablement and partner engagement.
  • Strategic Communication: Strong skill in translating complex product architectures and campaign goals into clear, high-converting GTM materials for global sales and partner audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to align diverse cross-functional stakeholders—including product, campaign, and partner teams—around a unified strategy.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel to various locations, including international destinations, to fulfill job responsibilities up to 50% of the time.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$122,000$183,000 USD
