About the Role 

As a Product Manager, you will support product strategy, lead discovery, development, and delivery to create customer-focused solutions that support business growth. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will use market insights, data, and technology to drive product decisions and deliver measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle. 

Responsibilities 

• Build deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitors, and regulatory considerations. 

• Develop strong customer relationships and use insights to shape product direction. 

• Drive customer-centric processes and identify opportunities through market segmentation and analysis. 

• Use metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and experimentation to guide strategy and measure success. 

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing teams. 

• Lead product lifecycle activities from discovery through launch, including defining requirements and delivering complex features. 

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities. 

• Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver effective solutions. 

Requirements 

• Experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle delivery. 

• Proven success launching products and building customer relationships that influence product direction. 

• Strong customer focus with the ability to translate market and customer insights into product decisions. 

• Experience using data, metrics, KPIs, and experimentation to support decision-making. 

• Strong commercial awareness with experience building business cases, managing budgets, and demonstrating ROI. 

• Experience working within Agile and SDLC environments. 

• Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions. 

• Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting the growth of colleagues.
