About Hello Heart:

Hello Heart is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past.

We’re an AI company focused exclusively on heart health, building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events before they happen—identifying risk up to 10 days in advance versus 10 years in traditional clinical models.

This is already working at scale. Hello Heart has been shown to reduce inpatient hospital days by 47% and deliver ~$1,800 in annual savings per member. Hello Heart is the cardiac prevention partner to over 80% of large U.S. health plans and serves hundreds of public and private employers.

About the Role

You’ll have the chance to build transformational businesses inside a company with strong market traction, proven outcomes, and a mission that not only matters, but saves lives.

This is a founder-style operating role for someone who can identify a major opportunity, validate it quickly, get in front of customers and partners, define the growth strategy, build repeatable acquisition and commercialization motions, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive an idea from concept to launch to meaningful adoption and revenue.

You’ll get access to Hello Heart’s technology, data, customers, operating expertise, executive team, and strategic network — with the mandate to shape new, bold growth bets that can meaningfully improve lives at scale.

For the right builder, this is a chance to create, launch, and ultimately lead a new business inside Hello Heart from early validation through growth and scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the founder and internal champion for new initiatives from concept through launch and early scale.
  • Validate, launch, and scale bold new growth opportunities — including new markets, products, business models, and ventures.
  • Build business cases, including market sizing, customer discovery, competitive insights, GTM plans, growth assumptions, and financial models.
  • Test and iterate quickly through pilots, MVPs, customer conversations, acquisition experiments, and commercial validation.
  • Drive early commercialization and growth, including sales strategy, partnership development, acquisition channels, contracting, funnel optimization, adoption, engagement, and initial revenue generation.
  • Build and scale user acquisition and engagement engines for new ventures, including target population identification, channel strategy, outreach, enrollment or conversion, activation, retention, and growth analytics.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, clinical, data, design, operations, finance, and GTM.
  • Share progress, learnings, risks, and recommendations with executive leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Passion & fluency using AI and technology to solve one of healthcare’s biggest problems.
  • Founder, co-founder, venture builder, or senior operator experience in a high-growth startup, healthcare, technology, or tech-enabled services business.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, financial, commercial, and growth instincts.
  • Experience taking ideas from ambiguity to action.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without waiting for a perfect structure.
  • Comfort operating in the messy, exciting, zero-to-one stage of building.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Relentless curiosity, resilience, urgency, and a founder’s mindset.
