The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build the automated systems that drive a company's revenue pipeline from the ground up, working where engineering meets sales and marketing. You will create lead generation and data workflows, own organic search as an acquisition channel, and develop internal tooling that helps the whole commercial team work more efficiently.

What you'll do

- Own the commercial data layer, including clean lead lists, account scoring, CRM structure and reporting.

- Develop and optimize SEO and GEO strategies as a core source of pipeline.

- Connect the sales and marketing tools into automated systems that speed up outbound outreach and cut manual work.

- Instrument and measure commercial activity as you would a product, and iterate on what produces qualified pipeline.

- Partner closely with company leadership and the commercial team to find funnel bottlenecks and engineer solutions.

- Instinct to reach for automation and LLM-powered tooling before manual processes.

- Ability to hold a credible conversation with technical buyers about software and AI topics.

- High agency and comfort with ambiguity, including writing a playbook from scratch.

- Willingness to work in person five days per week, 9am to 7pm.

Bonus points

- Software development background with a record of shipping solid, well-built systems.

- Experience at an early-stage company focused on search visibility for AI answer engines.

- Experience creating revenue operations or growth systems from scratch in a startup setting.

- Background in selling to or building for technical users.
