Graduate/International Credentials Analyst

The Office of Graduate Admission is seeking a Graduate/International Credentials Analyst to join their team. This position will analyze the academic records of graduate applicants and enforce University-wide requirements for graduate admission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Reviews, interprets, and evaluates student records and calculates a qualitative assessment of domestic and foreign credentials for graduate applicants.

• Maintains currency on University policies affecting admissions.

• Liaises with academic department representatives on campus to ensure compliance with graduate and international admission policies and procedures.

• Assists in outreach activities aimed at graduate student populations.

Desirable but not required:

• Knowledge of languages

• Experience working in a university setting

• International experience

The hourly rate for this position is $26.00-$27.12. Minimum Skills: Knowledgeable about international educational credentials to evaluate any document or transcript presented. Counsels students with heterogeneous backgrounds. Strong oral and written communication skills.
