Position Overview

DB Insurance is seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing Associate to join our team as an intern. You will create graphics or flyers to meet our company and branches needs and also will be responsible for marketing daily tasks. 

Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will help bridge the gap between creative design and marketing execution—making this an ideal opportunity for candidates with strong visual storytelling skills and an interest in launching a career in Marketing. This internship is scheduled for a 1 year duration, with the possibility of extension depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Editing: Assist in designing and editing marketing collateral, brochures, social media graphics, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop and other creative editing tools.
  • Campaign Support: Help execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research on competitor marketing trends, advertising strategies, and target audience behavior to help identify new growth opportunities.
  • Brand & Event Materials: Support the team in preparing presentation decks, promotional materials, and documentation for internal events or external partner communications.
  • Headquarters Coordination & Administrative Support: Assist with projects and administrative tasks related to the Seoul headquarters, including organizing internal reports, preparing business documents, and coordinating information requests between the U.S. office and HQ.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design or a closely related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency or strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design and photo/video editing software.
  • Creativity & Visual Flare: A strong eye for design, layout, and visual branding.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write engaging copy and articulate creative ideas.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when reviewing creative assets and maintaining consistent brand standards.
  • Proactive Learner: A self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn modern marketing techniques and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Graphic Design Experience : Prior graphic design experience is preferred.
