About Nclusion

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.

About the Role

Our Financial Services team is responsible for the core products that define Nclusion: savings, lending, remittances, and the infrastructure that ties them together. As Group Product Manager, you will lead a portfolio of financial products and the PMs who own them, setting the strategy, driving prioritization, and ensuring that what we build is not only technically sound but meaningfully accessible to the populations we serve. This is a senior leadership role. You will be as accountable for developing your team as you are for the outcomes your team delivers. You'll set the standard for how product is done at Nclusion — how we research, how we prioritize, how we communicate tradeoffs, and how we ship in environments where the margin for error is low, and the stakes for users are real. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, legal, research, and executive leadership to drive a coherent product vision across a complex, multi-market, multi-product landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Financial Services product strategy, translating Nclusion's mission and business objectives into a roadmap that is ambitious, sequenced, and grounded in what users actually need.
  • Lead Product Management across the Financial Services portfolio, providing direction, coaching, and the structural clarity they need to do their best work. You are accountable for their growth and their outcomes.
  • Drive portfolio-level prioritization, making hard calls across competing products and teams. What gets investment, what gets cut, and why, and communicating those decisions with transparency and conviction.
  • Set the bar for user research and insight, partnering with our research function to ensure that decisions across your portfolio reflect the real contexts of our users: low connectivity, low literacy, low institutional trust, and high financial vulnerability.
  • Own cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, operations, compliance, and finance, ensuring teams are moving in the same direction and that dependencies are surfaced and resolved before they become blockers.
  • Define and hold teams accountable to product metrics, using data to evaluate impact, course-correct quickly, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
  • Represent Financial Services at the leadership level, contributing to company-wide product strategy and serving as a credible voice on the tradeoffs inherent in building for emerging markets.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading or managing other PMs. Experience in fintech, financial services, or another complex, regulated, constraint-driven environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in financial product design, including savings, credit, payments, or remittances. You understand the regulatory, operational, and user experience dimensions of these products and how they interact.
  • A track record of owning outcomes at the portfolio level — not just shipping individual products, but building and maintaining a coherent strategy across multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
  • Experience leading and developing PM talent. You know how to hire well, give direct feedback, and create conditions in which strong product managers do their best work.
  • Instincts with emerging markets. You've worked, lived, or built products in contexts where low connectivity, low literacy, or low institutional trust shaped your decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with the integrations that power financial services in emerging markets: payment processors and partnerships, core banking system integrations, agent network infrastructure, or regulatory/compliance frameworks specific to emerging market financial products.
  • The ability to lead without authority across functions and geographies, bridging technical, operational, and executive stakeholders with different vocabularies, priorities, and constraints.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity at scale. You can hold strategic clarity while managing a portfolio of moving pieces, and you can make sound decisions with incomplete information without waiting for the ground to stop shifting
