What We DoWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Group Product Manager to lead the Sequoia Expansion portfolio—scaling AI-enabled title production across new regions, products, and divisions.
This is a player-coach role that combines portfolio ownership with people leadership. You will set direction across multiple initiatives, balance investments and capacity, and develop Product Managers and Business Analysts to lead with increasing independence.
You will help turn complex underwriting standards and operational requirements into scalable, compliant capabilities that increase the volume and range of title orders processed through Sequoia.
*Remote within the United States. This role works closely with team members in the Pacific time zone. Expect quarterly travel to California.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the strategy, outcomes, and integrated roadmap for the Sequoia Expansion portfolio, balancing customer value, business impact, technical investment, risk, and organizational capacity across multiple initiatives.

•  Manage and develop Product Managers and Business Analysts through clear expectations, coaching, actionable feedback, and progressively greater ownership and independence.

•  Serve as a player coach: lead the most complex or highest-risk work, make portfolio-level tradeoffs, and unblock teams without taking ownership away from team leads.

•  Partner with Engineering, Underwriting, Operations, Data Science, Data Management, and Program Management to align priorities, capacity, dependencies, launch plans, and executive communication across the portfolio.

•  Build a scalable expansion model that translates regional rules and operational needs into production-ready capabilities faster and with greater quality, using process improvement, AI, and automation.

•  Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, estimate potential impact, prioritize investments, and measure realized impact after launch.

•  Establish clear portfolio goals, leading indicators, and launch readiness criteria tied to increasing the volume and range of title orders processed through Sequoia.

•  Represent the portfolio in planning, staffing, and prioritization discussions, giving leaders and teams clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs.

•  Raise the product management bar across the portfolio through outcome-oriented planning, strong discovery, evidence-based decisions, and clear product artifacts.

WHAT YOU'll BRING

•  10+ years of software or technology product management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated impact, including ownership of complex products, platforms, or portfolios.

•  Demonstrated success leading a portfolio of related products or initiatives, balancing investments and dependencies while remaining accountable for strategy and outcomes.

•  Experience managing and developing Product Managers and Business Analysts.

•  Strong player-coach judgment: able to move between portfolio strategy, people development, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on problem solving.

•  Track record delivering enterprise software, workflow, data, automation, or AI-enabled products in a fast-paced environment.

•  Strong data fluency and a track record of using qualitative and quantitative evidence to frame problems, estimate impact, test assumptions, and measure post-launch results.

•  Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, domain-heavy problems and translate complex business and operational needs into clear product direction.

•  Excellent communication and influencing skills across business, operations, engineering, data, and executive audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•  Experience in title production is a strong plus; related experience in mortgage, real estate, insurance, fintech, or another regulated and operationally complex domain is also valuable.

•  Experience scaling products across geographies, business units, customer segments, or varying regulatory requirements.

•  Experience leveraging AI tools and AI-driven development practices, including the use of truth data and evaluations to measure quality, guide iteration, and improve outcomes.
