The Role

We are seeking a skilled Workday Support Specialist to support the daily administration and product enhancements of Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance & Talent. As part of the global IT team, you will have the opportunity to impact the global organisation by implementing best practices and improvements in our HR Technology and driving our data-driven culture.

This role will be based out of our offices Breda with opportunities for remote work.

What You Will Own

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration and improvements of Workday, including troubleshooting, monitoring of various Workday modules and our ATS solution
  • Participating in the review and implementation of product enhancements in Workday platform including system configuration, maintenance updates incl. releases and testing to provide value to the organisation
  • Partnering with country HR teams to configure and manage the business processes to leverage Workday functionality
  • Ensuring data accuracy, security, and data privacy standards are met through reviews, testing, change management, routine data audits and validation
  • Managing permissions, access, personalisation, and similar system operations and settings for end users
  • Supporting existing interface integrations and EIBs to subsystems including monitoring recurring processes and interfaces to ensure successful execution
  • Creating Workday reports, dashboards and analytics to support the organisation, including data mining support to the audit and legal departments when needed
  • Monitoring JIRA ticketing and providing necessary support on various requests

What You Bring

Non-negotiable

  • 3-4 years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas, including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance &Talent, Custom Report Development. Experience with Learning or Benefits is a plus.
  • Analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation and reporting
  • Stakeholder Management and experience with BAU support
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Strongly preferred

  • Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
  • Workday Pro Certification
  • Experience in multi-country/multi-entity organisations, ideally with a distributed operating model
  • Experience deploying various modules
