What You’ll Do

  • Track activity and results, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply what you learn.
  • Follow proven systems while independently managing your schedule, priorities, and daily activity.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training.

This is an independent, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. Income is based on individual results, with no fixed salary.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, business development, growth strategy, consulting, communications, client relationships, leadership, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the initiative to turn plans into consistent action.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Comfortable learning and applying established marketing and business-development systems.

  • U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
