About the Job 

Peak is seeking a Growth & Content Intern to support accelerating the company’s momentum across hiring, product, and commercial pull, using content as an execution lever. 

In this role, you will take ownership of content initiatives from concept through execution, translating real progress across the company into clear external signals. You will work closely with the Senior Strategy Associate and Commercial leadership to deliver campaigns and assets that support Peak’s growth objectives. 

This is a hands-on, in-office role suited for someone who can operate independently, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain a high bar for quality. 

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Own content initiatives end-to-end, from concept development through filming, editing, and final delivery across video, photo, and audio formats 
  • Capture and translate team milestones, product progress, and company execution into clear external signals 
  • Support prioritization and execution of growth initiatives across hiring, product signal, and commercial objectives 
  • Manage content systems and asset libraries (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring version control, scalability, and reusability 
  • Produce and maintain commercial-facing assets across the customer journey, from first touch through customer engagement and partnership development 
  • Edit and publish podcast episodes, including audio cleanup, structuring and publishing-ready outputs 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content and collateral are on-message, production-ready, and usable by commercial, recruiting, and leadership teams 

  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated experience owning content projects from concept through execution 
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to translate technical or abstract ideas into clear narratives 
  • Strong video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) 
  • Experience editing audio and podcast content (e.g., Audition, Descript, Logic, or similar) 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to work full-time in the Burlingame office 

 

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Experience producing content for professional or B2B audiences (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites) 
  • Familiarity with sales enablement materials and commercial workflows 
  • Familiarity with content workflows, asset management systems, and publishing processes 
  • Interest in energy, climate, or infrastructure-scale technologies
