Whom we are looking for:

We are looking for a Content & Growth Intern who can research, write, and execute. This role is outcome-driven and designed for candidates with around 1 year of relevant experience who want to prove their ability through real work.You will be expected to deliver usable content and support real marketing activities, with a clear opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance

What You Will Do
 
1. Content Research & Blog Creation (Primary Responsibility)
  • Research math education topics relevant to U.S. parents (e.g. Math Kangaroo, AMC, grade-level readiness)
  • Write structured, publish-ready blog content aligned with user intent
  • Revise content based on feedback and real usage, not personal preference
2. Content-to-Activity Execution

Turn blog content into real parent-facing actions, such as:

  • Parent workshops or webinars
  • Community (group) discussion topics
  • Follow-up content supporting conversion
  • Assist with outlining, messaging, and basic preparation for content-driven activities
3. Execution Review & Iteration
  • Review how content and activities are actually used and received
  • Identify what should be kept, adjusted, or removed
  • Propose clear next steps to improve future execution
What We’re Looking For

Required

  • ~1 year of experience in content, marketing, education, or related fields (internships count)
  • Strong research and structured writing ability
  • Comfortable turning understanding into concrete output
  • Clear ownership mindset and ability to take feedback
  • Able to work onsite in San Jose, CA beginning February 2026.

Preferred

  • Experience with blogs, newsletters, community operations, or events
  • Familiarity with K–12 education or parent-facing content
  • Interest in execution, growth, and real-world impact
  • Mandarin preferred
Compensation & Structure
  • $20~$23/hour
  • Paid internship with clearly defined deliverables
