We are redesigning women’s healthcare by bringing a patient-centered, human touch to care for complex conditions such as chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, heavy menstrual bleeding, and more.

About the Role

Visana is seeking a resourceful, high-initiative commercial swiss army knife who enables Visana to drive growth exponentially. The Growth Enablement & Operations Manager will own sales materials, support the execution of health plan opportunities, lead Visana’s event planning, and drive internal technology and processes.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to take on more responsibility, and energized by being the person who gets things done. The right person will not wait for a fully formed assignment. They will listen closely, anticipate what will be needed next, and take the initiative to move it forward. They enjoy variety in assignments, and take pride in making the people around them more effective.

  • Customize materials for specific prospects and clients, often within short turnaround times
  • Proactively identify gaps in our sales materials and recommend new content or improvements before they are requested

  • Serve as the day-to-day execution partner to Visana’s health plan sales leader
  • Track meeting notes, decisions, owners, and next steps and help ensure follow-up happens
  • Draft follow-up communications, presentations, proposals, and other materials that help move opportunities forward
  • Keep CRM updated across deals in flight
  • Internally quarterback contracting process, integrating Visana business needs with client redlines
  • Accountable for central source of truth on contracts in process
  • Work cross functionally across Visana to ensure business leaders are aligned with all negotiated terms
  • Maintain best-practice contract and commercial templates in partnership with leadership and legal counsel
  • Ensure negotiated terms are documented internally and successfully transitioned into implementation
  • Help document and improve Visana’s internal commercial processes as the organization grows

Events

  • Serve as Visana’s primary project manager for conferences, sponsorships, and other commercial events
  • Maintain the event calendar and own timelines, logistics, registrations, organizer communications, deadlines, and internal preparation
  • Gather attendee and sponsor information and help identify the employers, health plans, consultants, and other stakeholders Visana should prioritize
  • Coordinate presentation development, talking points, speaker preparation, and meeting materials
  • Partner with marketing on signage, swag, social media, and other onsite deliverables
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up so important conversations and opportunities do not get lost

Commercial Operations and Marketing Support

  • Serve as primary sales operations function within Visana
  • Support the maintenance and continued improvement of Salesforce, including data quality, process documentation, and new commercial workflows
  • Establish and maintain pipeline tracking, aligning to Visana company and Growth team goals
  • Be the pipeline expert, and bring forward analyses and insights that help Visana achieve its growth goals
  • Manage internal collaboration meetings on specific growth initiatives
  • Quarterback RFP responses, including maintaining a knowledge database, and coordinating cross-functionally on response generation
  • Manage Visana’s LinkedIn presence by drafting, coordinating, and scheduling content in partnership with the marketing team

  • Significant exposure to commercial strategy and the opportunity to grow your responsibilities as Visana scales

Even if you don’t necessarily check every box outlined in the following requirements, we want people of color, gender non-conforming, those in the LGBTQ+ communities, and all those that consider themselves less represented in healthcare to apply because we understand that diversity in our provider team strengthens our organization and helps provide exceptional care to our patients.

If you are unsure, please apply anyway! We know how important it is not only to include, but to actively seek out diverse opinions and voices.
