The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build and release growth features across mobile, web and server code for a consumer product, turning acquisition and retention ideas into fast experiments. The work pairs hands-on engineering with reviewing results, so you help decide quickly which ideas merit more investment. This is a high-ownership position with room to take on a broader scope over time.
What you'll do
- Pursue ambitious new routes to users that do not depend on paid channels.
- Design and build product features that help current users bring more people in.
- Prototype quickly, release to real users, track the signals and decide where to put effort.
- Take growth work from concept to release across client apps and server code, using AI-assisted coding tools for speed.
- Help shape standards and practices for growth engineering alongside marketing, go-to-market and product colleagues.
