  • Assist with pipeline research and prioritization based on Growth team objectives.

Market & Channel Research

  • Conduct market, competitor, and strategic research to support Growth initiatives.

  • Research and evaluate potential new marketing, acquisition, and partnership channels.

  • Translate research into clear findings and actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Growth Support

  • Support customer success activities when needed based on business priorities.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and executives through Slack, email, and other collaboration tools.

  • Take ownership of assigned Growth projects from research through execution.

  • Adapt to changing priorities and support emerging Growth initiatives as the business evolves.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in growth, marketing operations, revenue operations, business development, CRM operations, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

  • Practical experience using AI tools, prompting, automation, or AI-assisted workflows in a professional environment.

  • Experience with prospect research, lead generation, account targeting, or outbound growth activities.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate information into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.

  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential business information.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Perplexity, AI agents, or workflow automation.

  • Experience with automated SDR or prospecting tools.

  • Experience working within B2B technology, SaaS, or AI-related organizations.

  • Exposure to customer success or other customer-facing commercial functions.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means creating practical leverage for the Growth team. You will help turn ideas into repeatable processes, improve the quality and usability of Growth data, strengthen prospecting efforts, and identify opportunities to use AI and automation more effectively.

You should be comfortable experimenting, executing, measuring results, and continuously improving how the Growth team works.
