The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead marketing for a young company starting almost from scratch, drawing in prospects through public channels and converting that interest into qualified sales conversations. The work spans audience building, community, events and search visibility, with wide latitude to set creative direction and tone independently.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute growth work aimed at a steadily rising number of qualified sales meetings each month.
- Create content and run social channels across professional and tech platforms, shaping the brand voice.
- Build community, events, referral programs and search visibility, including optimization for AI-driven search.
- Manage the CRM, track conversion and report on booked meetings rather than vanity metrics.
- Develop creative direction from scratch and test ideas quickly across channels.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience, including prior growth marketing work in a B2B setting.
- Proven ability to build a brand and audience through social and online channels, with strong content creation skills.
- Highly autonomous and self-directed, comfortable using AI and tools to automate work and solve problems with minimal oversight.
- Creative and ambitious, able to shape a creative direction without existing playbooks.
- Familiar with tech and startup culture, able to write in a mature, trustworthy yet approachable tone.
- Comfortable owning a CRM and tracking conversion through to booked meetings.
- Experience selling B2B, ideally to early-stage companies rather than large enterprises.
