Own Allia’s growth strategy across acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion, retention, creative, and brand. Build and optimize growth channels and systems from an early stage using performance marketing, CRM, experimentation, analytics, and consumer insights. The role focuses on helping patients discover and access mental healthcare while building lasting relationships and trust.
Allia is building a better way for people to find, access, and stay connected to mental healthcare.
We’re looking for someone to own growth and help build Allia into a brand providers and patients know and trust.
You’ll work across acquisition, lifecycle, conversion, retention, creative, and brand — figuring out how we reach patients, get them into the right care, and build a relationship that lasts.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has grown a consumer product or marketplace at a startup
- Has hands-on experience with performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, conversion, and experimentation
- Understands how creative and brand affect growth, not just paid acquisition
- Is highly analytical but also has strong consumer instincts
- Has built growth channels and systems from an early stage
Healthcare experience is useful but not required. We care much more about someone who deeply understands consumer behavior and knows how to build growth from scratch.
The base pay range for this role is $90,000 – $140,000 per year.
