aytm “Ask Your Target Market” is looking to hire a proven Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a remote work position.

aytm delivers state-of-the-art insights automation technology and expert guidance that’s focused on providing answers for the clients of today, while evolving a platform that supports the curious of tomorrow. Advancing research with transparency and flexibility, aytm helps you connect to a community of people, optimize your products, positioning, and concepts, and get from idea to market faster. We have a world-class platform, top-tier clients, and a creative and energetic team. We value organic growth and are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager.

DESCRIPTION:

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing a comprehensive digital marketing plan that increases brand awareness, generates sales-ready leads, builds a revenue pipeline for the sales organization, and drives expansion and retention across the existing customer base.  You will play a critical role both in managing and supporting marketing programs at scale, including SEO, digital advertising, email campaigns, social media, content creation, event support, community-building, lead nurturing activities, ABM initiatives, and lifecycle campaigns for existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is a revenue-focused full stack marketer passionate about marketing-sales alignment, has experience in the MR/Insights industry or B2B SaaS space, and loves tackling new and interesting challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Works alongside the Growth Marketing team to hit marketing KPIs around MQLs, SQLs, closed-won revenue, expansion pipeline influenced, and retention/NRR impact.
  • Drives new marketing and sales qualified leads through website CTAs, landing pages, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Builds and optimizes lead nurturing processes utilizing email, webinars, content, paid media, social and other forms of engagement.
  • Owns lifecycle marketing for the existing customer base — designing which campaigns and nudges reach which accounts, and when, based on usage signals, renewal timing, and expansion readiness — in close partnership with CS and Account Management on health scores and triggers.
  • Supports the creation and execution of ABM initiatives targeting high-value prospects and existing customers, and coordinates customer story sourcing — pulling positioning from PMM and handing production to Creative — as a campaign orchestrator rather than a content creator.
  • Manages community-building efforts for existing customers, fostering engagement and advocacy through forums, user groups, and other channels that strengthen retention and expansion.
  • Leverages AI tools and workflows to drive campaign efficiency — from audience segmentation and personalization to content generation, performance analysis, and marketing automation — continuously identifying opportunities to apply AI across the marketing stack.
  • Partners with outside agencies/contractors to support growth marketing efforts.
  • Owns and optimizes the marketing/sales technology stack to support automation and attribution reporting.
  • Manages and maintains customer and prospect database hygiene, segmentation, and lead scoring models.
  • Leads research, strategy and execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Supports the sales team members through the development and management of sales enablement assets / collateral.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing  experience at a B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience working in the Market Research / Consumer Insights industry highly desirable, although not required
  • Highly proficient in HubSpot’s marketing automation software
  • Demonstrated experience in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Fluent in project management software
  • History of working effectively in remote, fast-paced and high growth  environments
  • Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
  • Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using MA/CRM platforms
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the role that content plays in the B2B buyer's journey
  • Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
  • Must be a self-starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams.
  • Relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders
