About Nightfall:
Nightfall is the AI-native, unified data loss prevention and insider risk management platform that protects sensitive data across SaaS apps, GenAI tools, email, endpoint devices, and more. Hundreds of customers, spanning AI innovators to top 10 banks, trust Nightfall to detect and stop data exfiltration at scale. Nightfall enables organizations to innovate freely without the risks of losing intellectual property or exposing customer data. Our agentic platform helps security teams regain their time by putting data loss prevention on autopilot. With automatic remediation, security violations can be resolved automatically before they become incidents, and end-users can be automatically trained and coached in the moment to self-heal violations that they introduce.
Nightfall is backed by leading VC firms including Bain Capital Ventures (Enrique Salem - former CEO of Symantec), Venrock (early investors in Cloudflare), WestBridge Capital, Pear VC (early investors in Dropbox and Doordash), and a cadre of cybersecurity leaders including Frederic Kerrest (founder of Okta), Maynard Webb (former COO of eBay), Ryan Carlson (President of Chainguard), Kevin Mandia (founder of Mandiant), and many others.
About the role:
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own pipeline creation at Nightfall - someone who can understand how modern security buyers think, where demand actually forms, and how to convert that into revenue.
This role sits at the center of a major market shift: AI agents, copilots, and MCP-style integrations are fundamentally changing how data moves - and breaking traditional DLP in the process.
You’ll be joining a very early marketing team, working directly with leadership to build the growth engine from day one. There is no “machine” to inherit - you are building it.
Your job is to turn that shift into pipeline:
Translate complex security narratives into demand
Capture high-intent buyers across channels
Build repeatable, AI-powered systems that consistently generate qualified meetings
We are looking for a top 1% operator—someone who has built before, moves fast, and knows how to turn ambiguity into results.
What You’ll DoOwn pipeline as a numberOwn net-new qualified meetings and pipeline generation as your core metric
Be directly accountable for marketing-sourced and influenced revenue
Stand up and scale core growth channels: paid, SEO, lifecycle, and conversion systems
Define how Nightfall captures, nurtures, and converts demand end-to-end
Create the foundation for a repeatable, scalable demand generation engine
Translate technical shifts (AI agents, MCP, SaaS sprawl, data movement) into compelling demand hooks
Build campaigns that resonate with CISOs, security, and risk leaders
Own and scale paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, emerging channels)
Design and execute ABM programs for high-value enterprise accounts
Partner with outbound to create coordinated, full-funnel plays
Use AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, personalization, testing, and optimization
Identify and partner with security influencers, practitioners, and niche creators
Build repeatable influencer programs (LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, communities)
Turn subject matter experts (internal + external) into scalable demand channels
Experiment aggressively with modern distribution (micro-influencers, founder-led content, dark social)
Continuously test messaging, channels, audiences, and creative
Operate with speed and rigor - clear hypotheses, fast iteration, decisive scaling
Use AI to generate variants, analyze performance, and accelerate learnings
Turn winning strategies into repeatable, documented systems
Build and maintain clear attribution from campaign → meeting → pipeline → revenue
Make budget and strategy decisions based on real performance data
Continuously improve cost per meeting and pipeline efficiency
Work tightly with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and content
Ensure messaging, targeting, and pipeline goals are fully aligned
Feed market insights back into positioning and GTM strategy
Builds a repeatable, multi-channel demand engine within the first 90 days
Consistently generates high-quality net-new meetings with enterprise security buyers
Launches at least one scalable influencer/creator channel that drives pipeline
Establishes a clear experimentation cadence with documented wins and learnings
Delivers measurable pipeline contribution with clean attribution
Improves cost per meeting and pipeline efficiency over time
Becomes a key voice in how Nightfall takes its message to market
3–7+ years in B2B growth, demand gen, or acquisition
Track record of owning and hitting pipeline targets
Has built demand engines from scratch - not just optimized existing programs
Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to create leverage and move faster
Uses AI for campaign creation, personalization, testing, and analysis
Thinks in systems, automation, and scale—not manual execution
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, X)
Familiar with ABM and enterprise GTM motions
Knows how to convert attention into qualified pipeline—not just clicks
Fluent in attribution, funnel metrics, and performance analysis
Comfortable owning dashboards, tracking, and reporting
Experience with HubSpot (or similar), CRM systems, and campaign tooling
