About the Role

This role is not a traditional content production role.

We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer who can use content as a tool to drive acquisition, pipeline, and SQL generation.

You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to design and execute content-driven growth experiments across SEO, education, case studies, and product-led content.

Your goal is not just to produce content, but to identify opportunities, test channels, and turn content into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content-Led Growth Experiments (40%): Design and execute experiments that use content to drive SQL and pipeline growth.

  • Examples include:

    • SEO-driven acquisition content

    • Mid-funnel educational content that drives demo requests

    • Case studies and proof-based conversion content

    • Product education content that reduces buyer friction

  • You will:

    • Identify opportunities where content can unlock acquisition

    • Propose and test growth hypotheses

    • Measure outcomes and iterate quickly

  • Content System Execution (35%): Execute and scale content across multiple formats and channels.

  • Examples include:

    • Blogs, pillar pages, and educational content

    • Case studies and customer stories

    • Webinar repurposing and educational series

    • Email and lifecycle content

  • You will:

    • Turn insights into publish-ready content

    • Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel assets

    • Work with templates, frameworks, and AI tools to accelerate output

  • Marketing Data & Funnel Insight (25%): Track how content impacts the marketing funnel.

  • Examples include:

    • Traffic → lead → SQL conversion

    • Content engagement

    • SEO performance

    • Attribution insights

  • You will:

    • Monitor performance dashboards

    • Identify what content drives real pipeline impact

    • Recommend improvements based on data

  • Bonus

    • You have basic proficiency in SQL and have pulled data from a warehouse before.

    • AI tools for content workflows

    • PLG or SMB SaaS marketing

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Launch several content-driven acquisition experiments

  • Identify at least one scalable content channel

  • Improve how content contributes to SQL generation

  • Help build a repeatable content → pipeline system

Who You Are

You are a growth-minded executor who enjoys experimenting and figuring out what works.

You likely have experience in:

  • Growth marketing or demand generation

  • Content marketing in a SaaS environment

  • SEO and content-driven acquisition

  • Marketing analytics and funnel thinking

You are comfortable:

  • Connecting content to business outcomes

  • Testing ideas quickly

  • Learning new industries fast

  • Working in fast-moving startup environments
