Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that attract and engage mid-career professionals and entrepreneurs.

  • Analyze campaign performance, applying insights to refine strategies continually.

  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for brand growth and audience expansion.

  • Represent LiveHappy Initiative through digital content, strategic campaigns, and occasional live/virtual events.

  • Contribute to thought leadership by sharing ideas, best practices, and trends with the team.


RequirementsRequirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in marketing, digital strategy, or brand growth roles.

  • Proven ability to design and implement performance-based marketing campaigns.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills across digital channels.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, conversion optimization, or growth marketing.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.

  • Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
