At AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, we're revolutionizing the eCommerce world by providing innovative tools that empower online sellers globally. As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for talented individuals who are passionate about technology, eCommerce, and making a real impact. If you're ready to join a dynamic team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

AutoDS is looking for an analytical marketing leader who lives and breathes growth and experimentation. In this role you will accelerate user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for our new brands by leading a cross functional growth team of designers, copywriters, and webmasters.

You will own the full lifecycle of growth initiatives across our funnels - from research and hypothesis building through experimentation, execution, measurement, and scale. You will focus primarily on conversion rate optimization, funnel performance, and on-site experiences, working closely with the PPC, SEO, and social media teams who own traffic generation.

This position includes recruiting and building our second growth team, leading day-to-day operations, and shaping our long-term growth roadmap for new brands. The ideal candidate is analytical, experimentation oriented, technically skilled, and capable of leading people while remaining hands-on when needed.

You will play a key role in strategic planning at the funnel and project level, while mentoring and managing team members to ensure high performance and strong collaboration across the marketing department.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross functional growth team for new brands, including designers, copywriters, and webmasters
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, with a strong focus on CRO and funnel optimization
  • Build and manage a rapid experimentation framework (A/B tests, landing page and funnel tests, messaging and creative tests)
  • Own the growth experimentation backlog: identify opportunities, prioritize tests, define success metrics, and ensure high quality execution
  • Collaborate closely with PPC, SEO, and social media teams to align on priorities, coordinate campaigns, and optimize performance across the full funnel
  • Partner with analytics and BI to monitor data, interpret results, and translate insights into clear actions for the team and stakeholders
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to define target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective value propositions and messaging
  • Create and optimize marketing assets and on-site experiences that support our acquisition channels and improve conversion across web and product flows
  • Build clear reporting and dashboards that track key growth KPIs and communicate performance to management
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of growth-focused marketers and creators while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience at a B2C or B2SMB software or SaaS company - must
  • High level of spoken and written English proficiency - must
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through experimentation, CRO, and funnel optimization across global market
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to generate hypotheses, prioritize opportunities, and make informed decisions
  • Experience planning and running structured A/B tests and growth experiments, from ideation to analysis and rollout
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, user experience, and high quality execution
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (for example HubSpot)
  • Hands-on experience directly managing employees at various levels and building teams
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in writing technical tasks.
  • Bonus: experience in the ecommerce industry and familiarity with Shopify
