Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a data-driven Growth Product Manager to join our Consumer Product and Growth team.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the technical growth roadmap, leading high-velocity experimentation, and optimizing the end-to-end customer conversion funnel to maximize booking performance and lifetime value.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering, marketing, and data teams in an agile, high-impact environment dedicated to driving seamless user experiences across all digital touch points.

Note: you must reside in Texas, Arizona, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, or Ohio to be considered for this job. We will not consider candidates outside of these locations and can not offer relocation.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Funnel Optimization and Technical Roadmapping: Manage the product backlog, author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and direct weekly engineering sprints to run a high-velocity A/B testing program that optimizes conversion rates, landing pages, and checkout flows.

  • Collaborate Across Functions to Drive Growth: Partner cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle marketing, and engineering teams to build hyper-optimized landing pages, integrate customer trust signals and User-Generated Content (UGC), and streamline user acquisition across multi-channel campaigns.

  • Ensure Compliance with Analytics and Data Standards: Conduct independent data extractions using Structured Query Language (SQL) and behavioral tools to derive lifecycle insights while ensuring all experimentation and user interface modifications comply with organizational security, privacy, and user experience standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within a high-volume consumer digital marketplace, subscription, or technology-enabled service business generating over $30M in revenue.

  • Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Amplitude), Structured Query Language (SQL) data extraction, and statistical methodology using modern experimentation software (such as Optimizely, VWO, or Convert).

  • Proven ability in managing agile engineering sprints, translating business strategy into developer-ready technical specifications, and interpreting complex user data to improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or a related technical/functional field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Note: you must reside in Texas, Arizona, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, or Ohio to be considered for this job. We will not consider candidates outside of these locations and can not offer relocation.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience.

  • Remote, flexible work options and alternative work options to support work–life balance.

  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
