About the Role
The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will own strategic initiatives focused on scaling Hive’s growth across the organization. This is a full-cycle role where the Associate will be expected to generate high-impact initiatives and see them through effective execution. The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will have the opportunity to engage with leaders across all teams at Hive, including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance and Operations. In this role, you will be assisting the executive team with a wide array of activities, including improving processes to create effective structures for growth, implementing effective reporting and productivity goals for various teams, and tackling high impact ad hoc projects.

Selected Focus Areas
Sales Strategy & Operations
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the sales organization.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates and sales productivity.
- Manage sales tech stack and evaluate new tools to increase team efficiency; optimize CRM processes to improve data hygiene, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy.
Customer Success
- Analyze customer usage metrics and synthesize customer feedback to identify additional value propositions to grow existing customer accounts.
- Define and refine customer support workflows, ensuring timeline routing and resolution of tickets from enterprise accounts.
- Create customer onboarding collateral and conduct customer onboarding calls to accelerate time-to-value and streamline integration timelines.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and enablement.
- Own content creation process, from crafting blog and LinkedIn posts to updating website landing pages.
- Create sales enablement materials, including rep onboarding collateral, external pitch decks, competitor battle cards and prospect demo scripts.
Recruiting Operations
- Partner with executives to identify hiring initiatives and engage with recruiters hiring managers to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and generate reports to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with campus employer engagement stakeholders at target schools for both engineering and business roles.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree from a top university (quantitative discipline is preferred)
- You have 2 - 4 years of work experience at a leading investment banking or consulting organization
- You are driven by the pursuit of excellence, you enjoy wearing many hats, and you are a team player at your core
- You take initiative to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to accomplish goals
- You are energetic, resourceful and driven, and have the ownership to thrive in an unstructured environment

- You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat

The current expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work; stock options may be offered in addition to the range provided here.
