Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that.

We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.

Prosper is growing 3x year over year and is at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 1,000+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

About the Role

As our Growth Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll take on Prosper's biggest growth opportunities and turn them into results, from launching new channels to solving the highest-leverage problems across marketing. You'll own each project end-to-end: strategy, creative needs, media buying, and analytics. That could mean launching major new channels like TikTok, building the system that drives our brand voice across social media platforms, or setting our AI search strategy. Ultimately, it means owning whatever our next big Growth bet is. You'll report directly to our Head of Growth Marketing, close to every major growth decision.

Prosper's work sits inside a much bigger shift. More adults are coming to understand themselves through the lens of autism and neurodivergence, and much of that is happening on social media. It's where people find the words for their experience, find each other, and decide whether to seek care. We're building the defining brand in neurodivergence, and you'll shape how it shows up where it matters most to our clients.

This role is built to grow with you. If a channel you build takes off and you love it, you can become its full-time owner. If you'd rather keep building, you become the person we hand our next big bet to. Either way, it's a fast track to strategic leadership in Growth as Prosper scales.

You'll thrive here if you're bursting with creative ideas but still an extremely structured thinker. You want to own outcomes from strategy through scrappy execution and scale, and you're chronically online and plugged into pop culture. You likely bring a mix of consulting or investment banking and high-growth startup experience, and you're excited to pair that toolkit with creative instinct, cultural fluency, and a lot of hands-on building.

Success in this role means:

  • Prosper can rely on multiple channels for repeatable, scalable growth as we continue to build on the more than 3x growth we've had in the last year
  • Prosper is the most trusted and most-loved voice in neurodivergence online: a brand with a real personality that people look forward to seeing in their feed and share with their friends
  • Every project you take on has clear metrics, a clear owner (you), and measurable results
  • The team moves faster and more effectively because of the systems and tools you build
Key Responsibilities
  • Take new channels from zero to one. Find, launch, and scale Prosper's next biggest growth channels. Define the strategy and success metrics, buy media, run the tests that tell us whether a channel can scale and how, and work with our creative team to source creators and brief and make creative.
  • Own our biggest growth bets. Lead the highest-leverage projects across marketing, wherever they sit: a new channel, a stuck step in the funnel, or an emerging opportunity no one owns yet. You'll scope the problem, build the plan, and drive it to results.
  • Define what good looks like, then make it happen. New channels and projects don't come with an obvious scorecard, and you'll be the one who brings clarity to the ambiguity. You'll decide which metrics matter, set targets, and build the tracking to measure them. You'll design and run incrementality tests to understand what each bet truly adds, and make the call on when we should hold a channel or project to clear, direct measurement versus invest in it as longer-term brand building.
  • Run a high-velocity testing engine. Turn ideas into hypotheses, launch and ship fast, read the results, and iterate until it works.
  • Write the next playbook. As your projects take off, the path is yours to shape. Scale a channel you built into one you own outright, or become the person we hand each new frontier to, where no one has written the playbook yet.
About You
  • 4–5 years in a combination of management consulting/investment banking and a high-growth startup. You've touched consumer-facing work before, through a job, a client engagement, or your own projects, and loved it.
  • Extreme ownership. You take 100% responsibility for the business outcomes of your projects and drive them from 0-to-1 with minimal support. When something's off track, you're the first to flag it and to fix it.
  • First-principles thinker. You work backward from the outcome, break it into what matters most, and iterate your way there. You bring clarity to ambiguity, including deciding what to measure when success isn't obvious.
  • Highly analytical. You're fluent in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable breaking down CAC drivers and spotting performance patterns, and you see numbers in context, never as isolated data points. You can set up tests that drive real data-driven learnings.
  • Creative and culturally fluent. You can look at an ad or a post on social media and explain who it's for, what it's trying to do, and why it worked or didn't. You're energized by generating new creative concepts and angles. You have a native feel for social media platforms: what fits, what feels forced, and where trends are heading. And yes, you're on TikTok a little too often.
  • You find a way. Whatever it takes to get a channel to succeed: making creative, finding creators, buying ads yourself. When you don't know how to do something, you figure it out. You treat every miss as valuable learning and keep iterating.
  • Clients first. You understand how our clients and potential clients use social media to make sense of themselves, find community, and make decisions, and you come up with content that meets them there. You know where the line is: you'll pass on a trend that would get reach but trivialize what our clients go through, but you know when to lean into a joke or be silly. You seek out and amplify neurodivergent voices.
  • Mission-driven. You're excited to help build the defining brand in a category that actually matters: making life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

    • Be a Good Person - Be kind, be honest, and make it fun to work here. Tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. Treat people with respect and go out of your way to do nice things for your teammates.
