Position Summary

The GTAS Functional Analyst supports the OneStream implementation by providing business requirements, design input, and validation support for the development of the GTAS processes and Treasury reporting. This role works across accounting, data, and technical teams to help ensure the solution supports accurate, compliant, and timely adjusted trial balance reporting in alignment with GTAS, USSGL, TAS-level reporting requirements, Treasury validations, and downstream reporting needs. The role also supports testing, issue resolution, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization for GTAS-related processes and submission outputs.

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.


Key Responsibilities

     Support functional requirements for GTAS processes, data structures, edits, and submission outputs.

     Translate Treasury GTAS requirements into business rules and functional design inputs.

     Advise on compliance with USSGL, TAS reporting, Treasury edits, and reporting control requirements.

     Define requirements for adjusted trial balance reporting, attributes, validations, and supporting submission data.

     Partner with accounting, reporting, data, and integration teams on account mappings, attribute assignments, and source-to-report traceability.

     Review and validate solution designs to help ensure GTAS outputs are complete, accurate, and timely.

     Coordinate resolution of data, mapping, feeder file, and reconciliation dependencies affecting GTAS readiness.

     Identify data gaps, compliance issues, and control considerations that could affect Treasury reporting quality or submission timeliness.

     Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and stabilization activities related to GTAS integration and reporting.


Required Qualifications

     Knowledge of GTAS, adjusted trial balance reporting, USSGL, TAS structure, and Treasury validation requirements.

     Experience with federal financial reporting, trial balance reconciliation, and source-to-report processes.

     Ability to translate policy and reporting requirements into functional requirements and business rules.

     Experience working across general ledger, financial reporting, data, and system integration teams.

     Strong skills in reconciliation, data analysis, and mapping validation.

     DoD Experience a plus
