You know how to spot inefficiency, you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves to fix it, and you care about building things that last.

How You'll Make an Impact:

GTM Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance, top of funnel, lead conversion, and sales pipeline to identify opportunities to improve demand generation and revenue outcomes

  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key GTM metrics, including campaign ROI, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, funnel conversion, pipeline by source, and attribution

  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue leadership to translate performance data into actionable recommendations that improve go-to-market effectiveness

  • Support GTM planning and forecasting by establishing targets, monitoring performance, and improving the predictability of pipeline contribution

Systems & Tools

  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations leadership to optimize and maintain the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and intent platforms

  • Improve data quality, system integrations, audience segmentation, and reporting infrastructure across marketing systems

  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new GTM technology, automation, and AI initiatives

  • Establish governance for campaign tracking, lead data, consent management, and system usage

GTM Process Optimization

  • Identify operational inefficiencies across the GTM lifecycle and design scalable, repeatable solutions

  • Improve core GTM processes, including campaign planning, lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, attribution, sales handoffs, and operations handoffs

  • Standardize GTM workflows, documentation, taxonomy, and campaign governance to improve consistency and measurement

  • Drive adoption of GTM operations best practices across regional and functional teams

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to align go-to-market processes and priorities

  • Support planning initiatives such as audience segmentation, campaign strategy, pipeline-generation goals, budget allocation, and marketing capacity

  • Strengthen alignment between Marketing and Sales by defining lead stages, qualification criteria, routing rules, SLAs, and feedback loops

  • Prepare leadership reporting and presentations that clearly communicate marketing performance, risks, priorities, and recommended actions

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Operations at a startup or technology company

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights for stakeholders

  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. Inflection or Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot)

  • Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker or Tableau), and building reporting dashboards

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are evolving

  • Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
