Kiteworks helps organizations protect and govern their most sensitive data as it moves between people, systems, and AI. Our website is often the first place a CISO, compliance lead, or IT buyer forms an opinion about us, and we want it built on AI systems from the ground up, not retrofitted with a chatbot.
As our GTM Engineer for AI-native web, you will design and ship the systems that power our web presence and the marketing engine behind it. You will build agents, LLM pipelines, and retrieval systems that generate, personalize, validate, and measure web experiences at scale. You are an engineer first, comfortable with production code, and you think like a marketer when it comes to pipeline, conversion, and buyer intent.
This is a high-ownership role with a direct line to marketing, sales, and product leadership.
What you'll do
  • Architect and build an AI-native web platform where content, pages, and experiences are produced and maintained by agent and LLM workflows with human review built in.
  • Design RAG systems grounded in our product, compliance, and positioning knowledge so that every generated claim is accurate and on-message.
  • Build evaluation and guardrail layers (fact checks, brand and copy rules, regression tests for prompts and pipelines) so AI output is trustworthy in a regulated, security-conscious market.
  • Ship landing pages, microsites, and campaign experiences quickly, using templates, component libraries, and automation to cut cycle time from weeks to hours.
  • Connect the web layer to the GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, enrichment, intent data) so  visitor behavior turns into routed, prioritized pipeline.
  • Build personalization and conversational experiences for different buyer personas, industries, and compliance frameworks.
  • Own site performance, accessibility, SEO, and the emerging discipline of AI search visibility (making our content easy for answer engines and LLMs to find and cite).
  • Instrument everything. Define metrics, run experiments, and report on what moves conversion and pipeline.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and security to turn manual GTM workflows into reliable, observable systems.
  • Set engineering standards and mentor others on practical AI engineering as the team grows.

What you'll bring
Required
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time shipping production web applications.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems in production: agents, tool use, retrieval pipelines, prompt and eval frameworks, and orchestration.
  • Strong front-end and full-stack skills (for example TypeScript, React or a modern framework, Node or Python, and a headless CMS or static site architecture).
  • Experience with vector search, embeddings, and data pipelines, including how to keep retrieved knowledge current and accurate.
  • Comfort integrating with GTM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and APIs for enrichment and intent.
  • A pragmatic approach to AI quality: you test, measure, and add guardrails rather than trusting demos.
  • Clear written communication and the ability to work across engineering and marketing without translation overhead.
Strongly preferred
  • Prior experience as a GTM engineer, marketing engineer, growth engineer, or in a similar hybrid role.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven markets.
  • Experience with AEO / GEO and structured data to improve visibility in AI-generated answers.
  • A portfolio, repo, or shipped project that shows AI-native web work.
