About the team

Our marketing team is the engine behind pipeline acceleration at HackerRank. We operate at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and automation- managing paid channels, orchestrating ABM plays, and optimizing every touchpoint that turns interest into opportunity. As the team responsible for bringing in qualified leads and nurturing them across the funnel, we directly impact revenue and go-to-market success.

About the Role

Ready to turn marketing plans into pipeline? As our Demand Generation Engineer, you’ll be the force of nature that converts strategy to campaigns, shepherding projects from brief to “closed‑won.” You’ll own the day‑to‑day execution of multi‑channel demand programs, think  ABM plays, paid social, email nurture and direct mail - while keeping budgets, creative assets, and stakeholders in lockstep. Your reporting and analytical abilities will be deployed to optimise ad creative, messaging and conversion rate. You will be comfortable presenting insights and analysis of campaigns while possessing the technical rigor to iterate, adapt and scale efforts.

If juggling timelines, audience lists, and bid strategies sounds like your wheelhouse, we’d love to see how you can help us hit the next level of growth at HackerRank.

Why does this role exist
  • Scale Execution across channels to improve coverage.
  • Institutionalize ABM discipline (from 1:Many to 1:Few to 1:1) with campaign optimization.
  • Optimize and refine ongoing campaigns to ensure we are squeezing efficacy out of every touchpoint.
What you'll do
  • Execute and optimize full-funnel demand generation programs across paid media and owned channels.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of paid media, audience targeting, creative rotation, pacing, and bid strategies.
  • Drive ABM campaigns (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1), collaborating with SDRs, design, and content to engage key accounts.
  • Run diagnostics across the funnel, report campaign performance, and implement A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Streamline campaign operations with documented playbooks and automation to reduce manual effort and increase speed.
You will thrive in this role if
  • You excel at connecting strategy with hands-on execution across channels and tools.
  • You are passionate about data, testing, and finding the signal in the noise.
  • You have a track record of driving pipeline growth through high-performing ABM programs.
  • You bring a rare combination of technical fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign hustle.
You you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (agency or SaaS side).
  • Hands-on expertise managing LinkedIn Ads and at least one other paid platform (Meta, Reddit, etc.).
  • Proven experience running 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns with measurable results.
  • Fluency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong skills in reporting, attribution modeling, and funnel diagnostics (pivot tables, UTM tracking, etc.).
  • Experience setting up conversion tracking and syncing audience segments between tools (Tag Manager, Analytics events etc).
  • Familiarity with low-code automation tools like Make, N8N or Zapier.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, dashboarding, ETL, light creative tools (Figma/Canva), or LLM automation.
  • Copywriting chops to iterate messaging and enhance campaign performance.
