About NetVendor

NetVendor is the leading solution for property management professionals seeking to simplify vendor relationships and streamline maintenance operations. Our comprehensive suite of software products empowers clients to ensure vendor compliance, optimize maintenance operations, and facilitate seamless bidding, all with a commitment to professionalism, precision, and trust.
About the Role

NetVendor is looking for a hands-on, company-first, GTM Engineer to architect and build the technology ecosystem that powers our go-to-market organization.

NetVendor has built a leading position in property management, and we’re continuing to raise the bar on how our organization operates as we scale that leadership and pursue new opportunities. The GTM Engineer will play a key role in that next chapter, creating the technical capabilities that generate leverage across our revenue organization.

We’re looking for a modern GTM architect and hands-on builder who can turn business strategy into elegant, scalable technical solutions. You’ll bring expertise across HubSpot and the broader GTM technology ecosystem to enable our teams, accelerate execution, and help us deliver even more value to the market. The GTM Engineer will report to the Director of RevOps and will work closely with GTM leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and elevate our GTM systems ecosystem, with HubSpot at the center, translating GTM and RevOps strategy into scalable technical architecture across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Connect our GTM technology and data, integrating platforms such as Clay, Apollo, OnRamp, and internal NetVendor data to create seamless workflows and a trusted source of truth.
  • Build automation, AI agents, and AI-enabled workflows that eliminate manual work, accelerate execution, and create measurable leverage across our revenue organization.
  • Explore and prototype emerging GTM technologies, bringing new ideas from concept to production when they can meaningfully improve how our teams operate.
  • Build the data infrastructure that reliably powers segmentation, routing, workflows, forecasting & predictability, reporting, and enables decision-making.
  • Develop scalable reporting and analytics infrastructure, translating RevOps requirements into trusted dashboards, scorecards, and funnel & lifecycle reporting.
  • Continuously improve and document what we build, creating solutions that are scalable, transparent, maintainable, and adopted by the teams they support.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or a related technical operations role.
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise paired with experience across modern GTM technologies such as Clay, Apollo, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong technical integration experience, including APIs, webhooks, native integrations, middleware, and connecting internal and external data.
  • Hands-on experience building automation, AI agents, and AI-enabled workflows, with demonstrated examples of applying AI to solve real business problems.
  • Strong GTM and technical judgment, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions, evaluate technical approaches and tradeoffs, and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

NetVendor Benefits Package

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • HSA, FSA, and DCFSA
  • Long- and short-term disability insurance
  • Company-paid standard life insurance
  • Generous paid time off policy
  • Paid holidays: 7 per year + 1 floating holiday
  • Maternity Leave
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employee Assistance Program

NetVendor is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
