The Role

As LM Studio’s first Enterprise Sales Lead, you’ll own the full inbound sales cycle: from first communication, to demo, to proof of concept, to closing, to expansion.

The opportunity is enormous, and we are looking for someone who thinks big, has high agency, and is an exceptional team player.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience working in and closing B2B SaaS deals

  • Skilled at navigating complex enterprises, identifying key stakeholders, and resolving deal roadblocks

  • Highly organized and process-minded, excited to help build something from the ground up

  • Strong communicator and exceptional at building and maintaining relationships

  • Technically fluent, genuinely interested in software, and well versed in what is happening in AI broadly and open-weight models in particular

Bonus qualifications
  • Computer Science or similar degree

Responsibilities
  • Develop processes and systems for capturing massive inbound interest from large enterprises

  • Convert inbound interest to high-value deals, with an eye always toward closing

  • Identify power users and look for opportunities to expand usage from team-specific to enterprise-wide
