About the Team

As part of the GTM Growth team, you'll be at the forefront of bringing OpenAI's technology to the world. This team works on high-impact projects that aim to amplify our global user base and drive the long-term growth of our products through data analysis, value creation, and experimentation. We aim to make our innovative tools universally accessible, transcending geographic, economic, or platform barriers.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to join our GTM Growth team. Your mission will be to build the internal products, internal and external workflows, and AI capabilities that help our GTM organization scale with greater speed, intelligence, and operational excellence.

You’ll own the roadmap for a portfolio of GTM systems and AI-powered tools, spanning lead capture, prioritization, routing, attribution, sales productivity, data movement, and revenue workflows. You’ll work closely with GTM leaders, operators, data teams, designers, and engineering to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable products.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working at the intersection of product, systems, AI, and go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Deeply understand problems faced by GTM teams and customers, and identify opportunities where AI systems can make buying and adopting our technology faster and more intuitive.

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of GTM AI systems

  • Build AI-powered products that improve pipeline generation, seller productivity, account prioritization, routing, attribution, and GTM execution

  • Translate GTM strategy and operational needs into scalable product capabilities, PRDs, success metrics, and engineering priorities

  • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, vendors, systems owners, and business stakeholders

  • Improve the data foundations behind GTM systems, including entity resolution, enrichment, scoring, and data movement.

  • Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to measure impact on pipeline quality, conversion, sales efficiency, and revenue execution

  • Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 8+ years of product management experience across agentic systems, GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, or AI workflow products

  • Have strong fluency in modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, lead-to-quote, enrichment, routing, attribution, billing, or customer lifecycle tools

  • Are strong at cross-functional influence, driving strategic alignment, and executive communication.

  • Are highly analytical and comfortable defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to prioritize product investments

  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the first version of the strategy needs to be shaped, tested, and improved quickly

Workplace & Location

  • This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. Occasional travel will be required.

Compensation Range: $239K - $265K USD
