Parallel is a web infrastructure company. Our products are used by leading businesses in sales, marketing, insurance, and coding to build best-in-class AI agents with flexible and powerful programmatic access to the web.
We've raised $130 million from Kleiner Perkins, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, First Round, and Terrain to build the web for AIs. We're forming a world-class team of engineers, designers, marketers, sellers, researchers, and operational experts to achieve our mission.
The Role
We're hiring our first GTM Ops + Enablement Lead to build the operating system for how Parallel sells, onboards, and scales. You'll own the systems, playbooks, and processes that make our GTM team effective, while building the foundation that scales with us.
Our buyers are engineers and technical leaders at the most ambitious AI companies in the world. Our sales cycles involve evaluations, deep technical discovery, and collaborative deployment. You'll work at the intersection of GTM, Product, and Engineering to ensure our team can confidently sell, deploy, and expand a category-defining product.
What You'll Do
GTM Operations
Design and optimize sales processes across the GTM team to improve productivity and performance
Own and build the GTM tech stack—evaluate, deploy, and integrate tools that fit an AI-native motion (we don't assume Salesforce is the answer)
Build scalable workflows for lead routing, account assignment, and deal management
Maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecasts, and performance
Partner with GTM leadership on territory design, account reviews, and planning cycles
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility across systems—be the source of truth
GTM Enablement
Build enablement from zero: establish the charter, operating model, and priorities
Design and run onboarding programs that ramp new hires quickly in a technical, API-first sales environment
Create field-ready playbooks for our sales motion—technical evaluations, PoCs, enterprise cycles, and expansions
Codify best practices from successful deals and turn them into repeatable motions
Translate Parallel's technical capabilities into clear value propositions the team can deliver
Create feedback loops from the field into Product and GTM leadership
