We’re hiring a GTM Recruiter to help build that team.
You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and close exceptional GTM talent across Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, and other key business functions.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting fundamentals with hustle, judgment, outbound creativity, and the ability to identify truly high-performing talent.
You won’t just fill seats. You’ll help shape the future of Maxima’s go-to-market organization.
Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions, with a primary focus on Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers
Partner closely with Co-Founder & CEO plus GTM leadership to define hiring priorities, candidate profiles, interview loops, and hiring scorecards
Proactively source and engage top-performing GTM talent through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and talent mapping
Build strong recruiting pipelines before hiring needs become urgent
Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance
Help refine and scale Maxima’s recruiting infrastructure, processes, and systems
Track recruiting funnel performance including conversion rates, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill
Develop strong market insight into high-performing SaaS GTM talent and competitive hiring landscapes
Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring managers around talent quality, compensation expectations, and recruiting strategy
Support additional GTM and business hiring initiatives as Maxima scales
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Proven track record hiring high-performing GTM talent including AE, BDR, SE, Marketing, Growth, or Revenue Operations roles
Strong understanding of modern SaaS GTM motions across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
Excellent talent judgment with the ability to identify top performers beyond what’s written on a résumé
Confident outbound sourcer who enjoys hunting for and engaging passive candidates
Strong communicator who can effectively tell Maxima’s story and excite candidates about the opportunity
Highly organized, responsive, and process-oriented
Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities
High ownership mentality with strong urgency and follow-through
Competitive, resourceful, and motivated by building exceptional teams
AI-native mindset — excited about how AI can improve recruiting workflows, sourcing, evaluation, and productivity
Experience recruiting at early-stage or high-growth startups
Experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent or technical GTM roles
Familiarity with SaaS compensation structures and recruiting for outbound-driven sales organizations
Existing network within SaaS GTM communities, particularly in the Bay Area
