About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and AI Strategy. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to rethink how our sales organization operates, scales, and leverages AI to drive the next phase of Juicebox’s growth.

You’ll completely revamp the enablement experience, from onboarding programs to sales playbooks to messaging infrastructure, ensuring our GTM teams are equipped to execute at a world-class level.

Beyond enablement, this role will help shape the future of AI-powered GTM execution at Juicebox. You’ll work alongside senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, architect agentic workflows, and build systems that help the business scale faster, sell larger deals, and operate more intelligently.

This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role: part operator, part enablement leader, part GTM architect. We’re looking for builders who love solving hard operational problems, thrive in ambiguity, and want outsized influence on the trajectory of a generational AI company.

You Will

  • Revamp and scale Juicebox’s GTM enablement program across onboarding, training, messaging, and execution

  • Build scalable onboarding experiences and sales playbooks that help new hires ramp quickly and effectively

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to translate messaging and positioning into actionable sales enablement materials

  • Own and continuously improve core sales collateral including central pitch decks, talk tracks, and enablement documentation

  • Help define Juicebox’s AI strategy for GTM, identifying opportunities to leverage automation, agentic workflows, and operational intelligence across the revenue organization

  • Partner with GTM leadership to identify key business bottlenecks and architect systems that unlock faster execution and larger revenue outcomes

  • Design workflows and infrastructure that improve seller productivity, meeting preparation, CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to operationalize scalable GTM processes

You Are
  • Someone with 7+ years of experience across Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related functions within high-growth SaaS environments

  • Deeply experienced in enablement and excited to build scalable onboarding and training systems from the ground up

  • Strategic and systems-oriented, you naturally think about workflows, infrastructure, and operational leverage

  • Passionate about AI-native ways of working and energized by the opportunity to rethink how GTM teams operate

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving undefined operational problems

  • Highly cross-functional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have
  • Background spanning multiple GTM disciplines such as enablement, RevOps, PMM, or sales strategy

  • Experience implementing AI workflows, automation systems, or operational tooling within revenue organizations

If you don’t quite hit the qualifications listed above, but feel you belong here- apply, and be prepared to share why!
