About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.

Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.

Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.

About the Role

As a Head Account Management, you will serve as the primary architect of growth for Unlimit’s merchant portfolio in the US market. This is a high-impact, revenue-centric role designed for a visionary who excels at transforming relationships into scalable commercial ecosystems.

You won’t just manage accounts; you will orchestrate long-term strategic roadmaps, identifying untapped opportunities for Unlimit’s acquiring solutions and delivering bespoke value that ensures our partners thrive in an ever-evolving digital economy.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the lead consultant for key merchants and payment partners, aligning Unlimit’s innovative suite of products with their long-term business objectives.

  • Drive the commercial evolution of your portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities for expansion, integration, and cross-functional solution adoption.

  • Leverage deep data analytics to provide partners with actionable insights, optimizing their performance and reinforcing Unlimit’s position as an indispensable growth catalyst.

  • Collaborate with Global Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to refine the merchant journey, ensuring our infrastructure anticipates the needs of the US market.

  • Represent Unlimit at the highest levels of industry engagement, embodying our commitment to "unlimiting" business potential through trust, expertise, and personalized ownership.

  • Expertly navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing high-stakes priorities with a focus on flawless execution and fiscal excellence.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of sophisticated experience in Payments, Acquiring, or Fintech Partnerships. You don’t just know the industry; you understand its future.
  • A proven track record of growing multi-million dollar portfolios through strategic upselling and value-based negotiation.
  • You possess the ability to translate complex data sets into compelling narratives that drive executive decision-making.
  • A proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in high-velocity environments and views challenges as opportunities for innovation.
  • A high-EQ collaborator who brings energy to the team and champions a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and professional excellence.

Why This Role?

This is not a traditional "account management" position. It is an opportunity to own a critical piece of the US payments landscape within one of the world’s most ambitious fintechs. If you are ready to move beyond maintenance and into true growth partnership, Unlimit is your platform.
