Role Overview

Higgsfield is seeking a Head of B2B Marketing to build and lead our enterprise marketing function during one of the fastest growth periods in software history.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will own the strategy and execution behind how Higgsfield is positioned to enterprise customers, brands, agencies, and strategic partners. You'll be responsible for building the marketing engine that drives awareness, pipeline, and revenue while establishing Higgsfield as the category leader in AI-powered creative technology.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, Growth, and Customer Success. You'll shape our enterprise go-to-market strategy, develop compelling narratives for buyers, launch integrated campaigns, and build scalable programs that accelerate commercial growth.

We're looking for a builder who combines exceptional strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset. The ideal candidate has helped scale B2B marketing at a high-growth AI or SaaS company and is excited to define the playbook for the next phase of Higgsfield's growth.

What You'll DoBuild the Enterprise Marketing Engine
  • Own the B2B marketing strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts.

  • Develop integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, a qualified pipeline, and revenue.

  • Build scalable demand generation initiatives across digital, events, partnerships, content, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Optimize the full buyer journey—from first touch through customer expansion.

Position Higgsfield as the Market Leader
  • Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and narratives for enterprise buyers.

  • Create industry-specific marketing strategies for key verticals and customer segments.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to launch new features, products, and enterprise capabilities.

  • Build customer stories, case studies, executive content, and thought leadership.

Accelerate Revenue Growth
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline velocity.

  • Build account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, competitive messaging, and customer collateral.

  • Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and commercial priorities.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner with Product, Creative, Growth, Communications, Customer Success, and Leadership.

  • Use customer insights and market intelligence to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.

  • Establish KPIs, attribution models, reporting, and performance dashboards.

  • Help build and scale the marketing organization as the company grows.

What We're Looking For
  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM leadership.

  • Experience building marketing programs at a high-growth SaaS, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology company.

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and Fortune 500 customers.

  • Familiarity with PLG motions and self-serve to enterprise conversion strategies.

  • Experience building marketing functions from an early stage through rapid scale.

  • Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities.

  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Strong experience with enterprise demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and integrated campaigns.

  • Excellent positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.

  • Highly analytical with experience using marketing data to optimize performance and investment.

  • Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder.

  • Experience marketing AI, generative AI, creative technology, MarTech, or developer platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $220,000 - $300,000 depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
