About Us

Cracken is an applied AI lab building world’s first full kill chain proactive cyber platform. Built by cyber warfare-experienced operators and AI researchers Cracken keeps digital infrastructure resilient so businesses and societies operate.

Whom We’re Looking For

Cracken is entering a scaling phase. Our technology is proven. Our credibility is earned. What we need now is someone to convert that position into a global partnership engine.
As Head of Partnerships, you will own the strategy and execution of Cracken's partner ecosystem: channel partners, systems integrators, and technology alliances. You will decide which partnerships matter, negotiate them, land them, and build the team that scales them.
This is a builder's role. You will inherit early momentum, not a finished playbook. You will report to the CEO and work directly with the Head of Sales.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and own Cracken's global partnership strategy across enterprise, security services, and technology segments

  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that open new markets and revenue channels

  • Build and manage the channel and co-delivery program: resellers, MSSPs, security consultancies, and systems integrators

  • Develop relationships with enterprise buyers, cyber insurance carriers, and institutional commercial partners across global markets

  • Structure technology alliances with platform and infrastructure partners where integration creates joint value

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue with clear attribution and accountability

  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, legal, and operations to make partnerships deliverable, not just signed

  • Manage key partner relationships personally at the executive level

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing partnerships team as the function scales

  • Represent Cracken at industry events, briefings, and partner forum

Must-Have Experience
  • 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances

  • Existing relationships across the security services ecosystem: MSSPs, red team consultancies, systems integrators

  • Deep experience in cybersecurity domain

  • Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex multi-party deals with measurable revenue outcomes

  • Fluency with long-cycle institutional sales and complex enterprise procurement

  • Experience building partner programs from an early stage, not just running mature ones

  • Strong commercial judgment: you know which deals to walk away from

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfort presenting to boards, executives, and CISOs alike

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Must have hands-on experience with AI-assisted, vibe coding tools

Nice to Have
  • Relationships in the cyber insurance and specialty markets ecosystem

  • Background working with or selling offensive security, penetration testing, or exposure management technology

  • Experience at a high-growth startup during a scaling phase

  • Familiarity with agentic AI systems and the emerging AI security market

WHO THRIVES HERE

You are a closer who thinks like a strategist. You have carried a number and built a function. You are comfortable operating without a playbook and disciplined enough to write one as you go. You understand that in enterprise security, trust is the product, and you know how to earn it. You want your work to matter beyond the quarter.
Why Cracken?

  • Real-world impact
Our technology is validated in high-stakes, real-world environments and grounded in hands-on internal research.

  • Team with a mission

Operating at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems, Cracken is uniquely positioned to build resilient security products.
