About Mecka AI

Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI.
We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware.

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned, high-speed Commercial Leader to build and scale our US commercial robotics division from zero to one. You will own our entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, commercial vision, pipeline velocity, and revenue execution.

Rather than relying purely on technical sales, you will lead with operational value propositions—selling business outcomes, labor savings, and facility performance to corporate executives, commercial real estate owners, and facility management leaders.

You are an expert at structuring complex deals (both CapEx and recurring subscription/RaaS models) and accelerating deployments across key verticals like healthcare, hospitality, aviation, and commercial real estate.

What you will be doing:
  • Commercial Strategy & Market Vision: Formulate and execute the US market expansion strategy, identifying high-yield target verticals, pricing models, and deployment roadmaps.

  • Pipeline Generation & Revenue Execution: Hunt, negotiate, and close high-value multi-unit fleet deals directly with enterprise facilities leaders and operational decision-makers.

  • Commercial Offer Design: Structure and iterate on CapEx hardware sales, hardware-as-a-service (RaaS) subscriptions, and pilot-to-contract frameworks to minimize buyer friction and maximize velocity.

  • Channel & Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key industry stakeholders—including national facility management vendors, janitorial distributors, and real estate service providers—to scale distribution rapidly.

  • Deployment Acceleration: Partner closely with internal deployment and operations leads to ensure signed accounts transition smoothly into rapid, multi-site deployments.

What you bring:
  • 6–10+ years of progressive commercial sales leadership, GTM strategy, or business development experience closing complex B2B solutions (e.g., enterprise hardware/IoT, commercial real estate tech, facility services, or industrial equipment).

  • Demonstrated track record of launching new products or territories, building GTM playbooks from scratch, and consistently scaling revenue ahead of aggressive targets.

  • Mastery of executive-level value selling—ability to pitch CFOs, VPs of Operations, and procurement teams on financial ROI, payback periods, and operational efficiency.

  • High-speed, "go-getter" mentality: a scrappy, multi-faceted builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves products fast, and does whatever it takes to secure and activate client sites.

A Note on Applying

Studies show women and candidates from underrepresented groups often only apply when they meet 100% of the listed qualifications, while others apply after meeting 60%. If you don't check every box above but believe you can do the job, we encourage you to apply — we're looking for capability and trajectory, not a perfect checklist match.
