Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category.  Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers.  We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

Job summary

We’re seeking a Head of Platform Services to lead our platform services strategy at DigiCert, a fast-growing B2B cybersecurity company. In this role, you’ll own the vision and execution for the foundational services that power our platform — including notifications, integrations, developer APIs/SDKs, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) capabilities.

As a Head of Platform Services, you’ll define roadmaps, partner with engineering to deliver secure and scalable services, and create the foundation for how developers, customers, and partners interact with our platform. Your work will directly impact adoption, ecosystem growth, and customer trust.

What you will do

  • Define and own the roadmap for platform services (APIs, integrations, notifications, MCP).
  • Drive developer experience — making our APIs, SDKs, and integrations intuitive and enterprise-ready.
  • Build scalable notification and integration frameworks that connect with tools like GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow, SIEMs, and SOARs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade services.
  • Measure success through adoption, developer engagement, and platform reliability metrics.

What you will have

  • 10+ years in product management, with experience leading platform or developer services.
  • Strong track record in building APIs, integrations, or developer ecosystems.
  • Technical fluency in modern integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, event streaming).
  • Background in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Benefits

DigiCert offers a competitive benefits package for all of our full-time employees.

DigiCert is an Equal Opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in its workforce. In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, DigiCert prohibits discrimination on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, veteran’s status, status as a qualified person with a disability, or genetic information.
