THE OPPORTUNITY

We are Amplifier, and we have built the world’s first Large Acoustic Model (LAM), a foundation model that uses human voice to detect health conditions. This is sci-fi becoming reality. We have raised significant capital from top-tier investors to turn this technology into a massive new category in healthcare.

This role is for the builders who are tired of gradual optimizations and want to take a massive swing. It is for those who want to launchpad their career by solving problems that have never been solved before.

THE REALITY

Let’s be clear about what we are signing up for.

We are entering a phase of hyper-growth. We are pushing ourselves—and this technology—further than most would consider reasonable. We are doing this because we believe the outcome (saving lives at scale) is worth the intensity required to get there.

  • We work in person in San Francisco. We believe that the hardest problems are solved at a whiteboard, not over a Zoom call. We want the energy, the speed, and the camaraderie that comes from being in the arena together.
  • We move fast. You won't just be "managing a team." You will be getting your hands dirty every single day. The feedback loop is immediate, and the standards are high.
  • We have fun. We are a small, tight-knit crew on an adventure. We work hard because we love the game, not because we have to.

If you are looking for a "job" to coast in, this isn't it. But if you are looking for the defining chapter of your career—a place where you will learn more in 6 months than you would in 2 years elsewhere—then we want to talk to you.

THE MISSION

We have the technology (the LAM). Now we need the product.

Your mission is to build our Direct-to-Consumer business from scratch. You will take our clinical-grade voice diagnostics and package them into a consumer experience that rivals Whoop or Oura.

You are effectively the CEO of the Consumer Division. You will own the product direction, the user experience, and the growth engine.

The Challenge:

  • Zero to One: There is no playbook for "Voice Biomarkers as a Service." You will define the product strategy, the pricing, and the go-to-market motion.
  • Product + Growth: You don't just sell the product; you shape it. You own the tight feedback loop between acquisition (marketing) and retention (product experience).
  • Consumer Trust: You need to design an experience that feels magical, not medical. You will turn complex health data into simple, actionable insights that users love.

RequirementsWHO YOU ARE
  • A Full-Stack Operator: You blur the line between Product and Marketing. You can run a paid social campaign, analyze retention cohorts, wireframe a new onboarding flow, and write compelling copy—all before lunch.
  • Design-Obsessed: You aren't a designer, but you have taste. You understand that for consumers, the experience is the product. You obsess over friction, flow, and "magic moments."
  • Data-Native: You don't guess; you test. You are comfortable diving into SQL or Mixpanel to find the truth about why users are churning or converting.
  • Hungry: You have a chip on your shoulder. Maybe you're a founder whose last startup didn't exit how you wanted, or a VP who misses the days of actually building things. You want to be back in the driver's seat.

BenefitsWHAT WE OFFER
  • Impact: The chance to build a product that literally saves lives.
  • Equity: Real ownership. We are early enough that your equity package has life-changing potential.
  • The Team: You will work directly with the Founders (Jeremy, Amit, Peh) and our AI research team. No middle management. Just builders.
  • Resources: We are well-capitalized (oversized Seed), giving us the runway to take big risks and the resources to execute on them.
HOW TO APPLY

Don't send a generic cover letter.

Send us a link to a product you launched or a growth funnel you built. Tell us about a time you turned a complex technology into a simple consumer experience.
