This is Adyen

Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition.

For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

About the role:

Adyen is looking for a product and marketing leader with a strong track record in tech and B2B marketing to lead our product squad encompassing four product managers and one product designer. The Digital Experience Lead reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing.

As Digital Experience Lead you own and manage the product lifecycle of our public website adyen.com (and its sub-domains like careers, investors and status) and our self-service demotool. You optimize our public website for demand generation, demand capture and engagement. You optimize the demotool for adoption and ease of use across internal teams, enabling internal users in various stages of the sales cycle. To deliver these experiences, you and your team work in deep collaboration with a dedicated engineering team. You will operate in a tight Agile environment, driving execution through structured sprints, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

What you’ll do:
  • Product vision and strategy. Own the global, long-term roadmap and strategy for all public web properties and demo capabilities, aligning product development with Adyen's commercial priorities. You define how these products develop in the zero-click era.
  • Leading your team. Lead and manage a team of four product managers and one product designer. You set clear expectations, structured personal development plans, and foster a high-performance culture of autonomy and accountability.
  • Drive web performance. Shift our public web presence from standard content hosting to a demand-generation engine in the zero-click era to drive Pipeline and revenue. You champion a culture of experimentation, conversion rate optimization and testing.
  • Drive demotool adoption. Focus on driving adoption across internal teams for our demotool by enabling various use cases and improving the self-serve experience of the tool.
  • Forge cross-functional partnerships. You act as a strategic advisor and bridge between the digital experience team, the creative studio (content & design), brand, product marketing, engineering team, digital marketing and demand generation. You define explicit and scalable ways of working.
  • Own the web and demotool MarTech Stack. Working hand-in-hand with engineering, you maintain, scale, and optimize our digital experiences technology infrastructure across CMS, translations, and tracking to ensure peak performance and data integrity.
Who you are:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management & marketing, ideally within (fin)tech and with at least 3+ years of team management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing B2B websites that contribute to revenue growth through optimization of the customer journey, conversion rates, and digital performance.
  • Exceptionally data-literate. You excel in using web analytics tools to extract actionable insights, measure web vitals and report on the impact generated through the product you manage to marketing and commercial teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder manager. You have a proven ability to build trust and align diverse, cross functional global teams.
  • Leadership presence. You’re confident, empathetic and calm under pressure. You excel in navigating ambiguity, managing complex change, and communicating the "why" behind difficult decisions to your team and leadership.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Onetrust and Contentful (headless CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with tag management, analytics, consent and headless CMS tooling
