About Wispr

Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. AI can now reason, code, and act. Yet, humans still do the work of the interface. We think that’s backwards.
Our first products are Flow, which lets you speak naturally in any application, and Notetaker, which builds context across conversations. We’re building toward an interface that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust. That means solving hard problems across models, systems, and product - and caring about the final human experience as deeply as the technology underneath it.

We’re a talent-dense team that holds strong opinions, tests them quickly, and builds technology that sparks joy. Our goal is to build the first voice interface used every day by a billion people.

About the role

We’re one of the fastest-growing AI products in the world, available on Mac, Windows, iPhone, and Android, with more than half our users outside the US. We spend millions of dollars a month across Meta, Google, Apple, LinkedIn, and a long tail of experiments, guided by one rule: grow as aggressively as possible while understanding ROI in forensic detail. In this role, ambition, taste, and data meet in 24-hour cycles.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the weekly growth review by quantifying what changed, identifying the drivers, and recommending what to do next

  • Scale Meta, Google, Apple, and LinkedIn with a focus on user quality and ROI

  • Set the strategy for SEM, web, app stores, international growth, SEO/AEO, affiliates, newsletters, CTV, podcasts, and new AI-native surfaces

  • Build the learning loops across media buying, creative, and conversion funnels

  • Take at least two new channels or geographies from zero to meaningful scale

  • Direct what our AI-enabled marketing systems optimize for

  • Build and develop a senior, unsiloed team with clear responsibilities, targets and the highest velocity operating cadence

  • Partner across creative, brand, product marketing, lifecycle, B2B marketing, and marketing engineering to align content, positioning, activation, shared funnels, data, and automation.

What we’re looking for
  • You treat creative as the main lever and can turn performance signals into direction across formats

  • You can make decisions with incomplete information

  • You reason from the product’s value in a specific user’s life, not generic frameworks

  • You know when a number cannot be trusted and will challenge our guardrails with evidence

  • You can lead a senior team of functional experts through change

You may be a fit if
  • You have deep experience across Meta, Google, Apple, and LinkedIn

  • You have personally scaled performance marketing spend by 3x or more

  • You have worked where growth goals were measured monthly, not annually

  • You can point to an ambitious, data-driven plan you created before anyone asked for it

  • You have built, directed, or improved an agentic marketing stack

  • You have inherited a team and hired, developed, and exited people within it

  • Your strongest examples show what you decided, the numbers and assumptions behind it, where you could have been wrong, and what you would do differently

We don’t expect equal depth across every acquisition surface. We do expect you to identify your gaps honestly and explain how you would cover them.

We sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more. We can't guarantee sponsorship for every role, but if we make you an offer we'll make every reasonable effort, with help from our immigration law firm.
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.
We're committed to a fair and accessible interview process. If you need any accommodations or adjustments, please let us know.
