At Mach9, we’re hiring our first Head of Growth to build and scale our marketing engine. By taking new products to market and generating qualified pipeline, you'll play a direct role in driving revenue.

You’ll lead growth across proven and unproven channels. You’ll manage and grow a team of internal talent and external specialists while remaining a hands-on operator who personally runs high-priority initiatives.

Directly reporting to the CEO and working closely with the founders, Head of Sales, and product leadership, you’ll bring Mach9’s AI CAD software to the organizations that survey, design, build, and operate the infrastructure the world depends on.

Where you’ll make an impact:
  • Own growth strategy and pipeline goals. Define how marketing contributes to qualified pipeline creation, existing customer expansion, and overall revenue generation. Build and optimize the programs, automation, and lifecycle motions that move prospects through the funnel. Establish targets, budgets, metrics, and attribution, and use performance data to continuously prioritize investment and improve results.

  • Generate qualified pipeline by scaling proven channels (LinkedIn, webinars, events) and expanding into new ones — from paid ads to partnerships.

  • Own product launches by developing and executing go-to-market campaigns for new products and capabilities that generate demand and deepen customer engagement.

  • Partner closely with sales to run coordinated campaigns, convert marketing engagement into qualified sales opportunities, and develop sales enablement content.

  • Develop customer stories, referrals, advocacy, community, and cross-sell and expansion campaigns that turn customer adoption into additional demand.

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Hire, coach, and develop our current 3-person team while establishing the right mix of internal talent, agencies, contractors, and specialists.

What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth, with a track record of increasing responsibility and measurable pipeline impact.

  • Experience inside a high-performing growth organization. You’ve seen what great marketing looks like and learned how a strong growth engine operates as a business scales.

  • Startup operating experience where you’ve joined an early-stage company, built the marketing function, and helped scale the business to $25M+ in ARR. You know how to build, execute, and adapt with limited resources.

  • Hands-on experience running account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales.

  • Hungry to take on more. You’ve built deep expertise in demand generation or revenue marketing and are eager to broaden your scope, move fast, and take ownership of the full marketing function.

  • A player-coach mindset. You can set strategy, hire and manage a team, and stay close enough to execution to personally drive critical initiatives.

  • AI fluency. You are a power user of AI tools for research, content creation, and automation. You have built workflows using tools such as Zapier, n8n, or Clay and can use AI-assisted coding tools to create landing pages, internal tools, and experiments.
