The Head of Growth will drive growth experiments, optimize user onboarding, and enhance product experiences while collaborating directly with the CEO.
The summary above was generated by AI

We’re looking for a head of growth to work directly with our CEO to define experiments, drive execution, and unlock new levers for growth.

Serif is an applied AI company building the first truly functional personal agent. Our mission isn't to create just another AI employee, but to comprehensively manage our users’ lives so they finally have peace of mind. If we’re successful, there should be substantially less stress in the world and 100x more successful one person businesses.

What we expect from you

  • Own growth end to end. From TOFU experiments to optimizing sign up/onboarding flows to designing viral surfaces.

  • You should have experience with UGC, influencer marketing, performance, SEO. If you don’t have experience, you should be able to become an expert in days.

  • Your product intuition should be strong enough to influence roadmap and build viral surfaces (read up on how Calendly grows)

  • You must love talking to customers. In the first week you will call 10 customers and tell me what they care about. Bonus if you do this before you even join.

You will be well resourced

  • You will have complete ownership over experiments you want to run. And we have the budget for you to run some crazy things.

  • You will also have 1 dedicated engineer to implement your experiments.

  • If you think it’s the best strategy, you will have budget to hire up to 5 interns or design/marketing/SEO agencies.

  • You will work and report directly to the CEO. Skip politics completely and test what you want to test.

Who you look like

  • If I ask your friends about you, they should tell me you somehow always get what you want.

  • Hands on experience growing consumer/prosumer apps in the past year. The game is very different now than it was three years ago.

  • You’re smart, move fast, and need to win.

The only hard requirement is working in person in SF.
