SUMMARY

In this role, you will architect the acquisition of critical skills for the entire Wiz GTM organization. You are the "Lead Learning Architect," responsible for designing the foundational curriculum that defines how we go to market. This role focuses on the strategy and craft of our execution—ensuring our value framework and sales playbook are seamlessly integrated into the journey of every new GTM hire.

You will serve as the primary engine for foundational GTM content, creating the "Golden Source" materials that set the standard for the company. You will partner closely with our GTM Onboarding Program Manager, who leads the operational execution, logistics, and program management, allowing you to focus on high-level curriculum design and elite facilitation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • GTM Curriculum Architecture: Design and own the learning paths for all GTM roles. You ensure that while the "Golden Source" of content is consistent, the application is role-specific and practical.
  • Sales Craft & Playbooks: Build and refine playbooks for storytelling, discovery, and negotiation. You translate high-level GTM strategy into actionable "how-to" guides that help all roles communicate the Wiz value proposition. This role requires “hands on keyboard,” not just strategy concepts.
  • Methodology Mastery: Drive the teaching and reinforcement of our sales playbook. You ensure that everyone from the BDR to the Post-Sales team understands how to use the framework to de-risk deals and drive expansion.
  • Bootcamp Facilitation: Lead high-intensity, workshop-style sessions during our global GTM bootcamps. You must have the credibility to provide real-time coaching and feedback to experienced professionals across various GTM disciplines.
  • Content Collaboration: Act as the primary architect for onboarding content, ensuring it serves as a high-quality baseline that can be adapted for continuous enablement and advanced field training.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our value framework evolves alongside our product and market position.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • The Pedigree: 8+ years of experience in GTM Leadership, Sales Enablement, or at a top-tier Sales Consultancy (e.g., Force Management).
  • Multidisciplinary Lens: You understand the nuances of the entire GTM motion. You can speak the language of a technical role just as fluently as an Enterprise AE or a CSM.
  • Instructional Design for GTM: Proven ability to build "no-fluff" assets and structured learning journeys that are practical and outcome-oriented.
  • Elite Facilitation: You are a master of the room. You can drive engagement across diverse GTM audiences and make complex concepts simple and repeatable.
  • Methodology Expert: Deep, practical expertise in a MEDDPICC based playbook and value-selling frameworks is essential.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
