About the Role

We’re seeking a Head of Go-To-Market to build and scale Alchemy’s global revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue, and will own how Alchemy brings products to market across developers, startups, enterprises, and emerging ecosystems. You will be responsible for designing the GTM operating system for the company—including how we launch products, acquire developers, convert usage into revenue, and scale enterprise adoption. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You’ll partner closely with the COO, Product, and Engineering to translate product innovation into global adoption. If you enjoy building organizations, launching products, and scaling developer ecosystems from 0→1 and 1→100, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead Alchemy’s global go-to-market strategy, determining how our platform reaches developers, startups, enterprises, and new onchain ecosystems worldwide.

  • Build and scale a high-performing GTM organization across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations to drive durable, predictable growth.

  • Turn product innovation into market adoption, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to launch category-defining infrastructure and developer tools.

  • Create the operating system for revenue at Alchemy, establishing the frameworks for forecasting, pipeline generation, pricing, and performance management.

  • Scale both developer-led growth and enterprise expansion, building repeatable motions that convert product usage into long-term revenue.

  • Develop and lead exceptional GTM leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and deep customer understanding across the organization.

  • Experience and curiosity with AI, effectively be able to implement new systems to drive revenue and operational assistance.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years experience leading go-to-market or revenue organizations at high-growth technology companies

  • Proven experience scaling GTM functions from early stage to growth stage

  • Experience leading multi-functional teams (sales, marketing, partnerships, revops)

  • Strong experience selling or scaling technical products (developer platforms, infrastructure, or SaaS)

  • Demonstrated success launching new products and building repeatable growth motions

  • Strong analytical and operational mindset

  • Ability to partner closely with product and engineering teams

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with developer platforms or API products

  • Experience scaling developer-led growth motions

  • Experience in crypto, blockchain, or adjacent infrastructure markets

  • Previous founder or startup leadership experience
