About the Team

Droyd builds autonomous robotic systems that automate repetitive manual work in real environments. We design and manufacture our hardware in-house, which means iteration, fabrication, and execution all happen under one roof.

We're building for enterprise deployments, which means product development and go-to-market have to move together. Our team is focused on turning technical capability into a repeatable wedge with real customers — shaping demos, messaging, deployment narratives, and the path from early interest to real commercial traction.

About the Role

As Head of GTM at Droyd, you will help define how we bring the product to market. You will work across product, sales, and customer conversations to sharpen our positioning, shape demo flows, and help build a repeatable motion around enterprise adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical products and commercial execution, especially in infrastructure, compute, or related enterprise markets.

This role is based on-site in San Francisco, CA.

In This Role, You'll

Strategy & Positioning

  • Help define and refine Droyd's go-to-market strategy

  • Shape demo flows, commercial narratives, and customer-facing positioning

  • Work closely with leadership on how to present the product to enterprise buyers

Customer Engagement

  • Support early customer conversations and help identify what resonates

  • Turn early market feedback into clearer messaging and sales motion

Building the Motion

  • Help build repeatable go-to-market processes as the company scales

  • Connect product details to customer value across materials and conversations

Work Environment & Schedule

  • On-site in San Francisco, CA

  • Full-time

Compensation: $130K–$170K base salary, plus equity

We're Looking For Candidates Who

  • Have strong go-to-market experience for technical or enterprise products

  • Can connect product details to customer value clearly

  • Have good judgment around positioning, messaging, and commercial strategy

  • Work well across product, engineering, and sales

  • Thrive in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience in data center, infrastructure, compute, or adjacent markets

  • Experience at companies like RunPod or SF Compute

  • Experience shaping early-stage enterprise GTM strategy

About Droyd

Droyd builds autonomous robotic systems that operate in real production environments. We design the hardware, develop the control stack, and generate the data that enables generalist robotics.

If we do this right, robots stop being demos and start being infrastructure.

Join us and help build the systems that make it real.
